Why are good shoes expensive? It’s because they’re very well made, from the best materials and will last for years and years. These bad boys were sold on 30th January 1988 (see receipt), shortly thereafter had sole protectors added, and yet despite being worn since: still look amazing still have their ORIGINAL soles and heels are as good, if not better, than when they were brand new It is hard to convey just how well these must have been made, arguably better that nowadays, to be in such awesome condition now. Pricing: whilst they are worth more I have kept them to their 1988 price and won’t accept offers. Whomever acquires these will be custodians of little piece of shoe history. Trees not included.
