A beautiful 4.5 cm heel back 'peach skin' leather court shoe from Italian brand Barbarella in a size 39/6. These shoes were purchased in the the early 2000s and never worn. They have a leather inner liner and sole. I cannot tell if the shoe itself is leather- it smells of leather. A really classy shoe which is sadly too small for my feet.
