I bought these boots brand new however theu were the incorrect size. The retailer bigboots.co.uk advises reordering the corrext sizw and returning the incorrect ones separately. I failed to return these in the allotted return window. These are unused and unworn and essentially brand new. I tried them on and wore them around the house befote realising i needed a bigger size. They still have the original packagaing too. Great boots just thebwronf size for me.
