Franco Sarto Cypress loafers in black patent leather. These have a chunky lug sole and a slight platform for a bit of height. You'll notice some peeling along the top edge of the heel on the left shoe, which I've shown in the close-up photos. The rest of the patent finish is glossy with typical light creasing from wear.
