The insoles are pretty stiff. I figure that's by design but just want to make sure you are aware. There is wear to the outsole heels... see pics. The right shoe edge... the outer layer is lifting up a bit. You may want to have that replaced. The sidewall does show dirt as well. Some of the white has rubbed off of the leather heel other right shoe. Laces are leather.
