Brand new with original box. Worn one time indoors for just a few minutes to check sizing. May run a bit small- my feet are roughly size 9.5-10 (men’s) or 11-ish (women’s), and these fit me extremely snugly. These are women’s boots that say size 9.5, but they seem closer to a men’s 9.5. I’ve included the manufacturer’s sizing chart in the photos for reference. No EU size listed, but my estimation is about 42-43.
