Boxed shoes are shipped in their box in a poly mailer. Returns are accepted. See platform rules. When possible, all goods are sanitized, washed and dried and stored in dry, scent free containers. Leather goods are leather conditioned and stored to prevent dry rot. We ship Monday-Friday. Things paid for after 9pm on Thursday will be shipped out on Monday. There could be wear from use.
