These quality women's chelsea boots from Belstaff feature the classic elasticated side gores, a round toe and a pull tab at the back. The boots are created from a fine nubuck fabric and the soles are rubber with a block heel. I have two pairs of these boots are sized 40/7 and 41/8. I would say the 40 is more a 6 1/2 and the 41 more like a 7 for fit (on myself size 7). If you have narrow size 7 feet the 40 would probably fit well.
