The leather on this comfy shoe is fantastic, no break in with this one. The strap allows you to adjust the fit, but there is elastic over the instep so it could just be a slip on as well. The insole features an arch and a forward metatarsal arch and the insole from toe to heel is memory foam! These were $130, get a super duper deal today!
